Shirley’s Bread Box is a place for curious people who make bread — or want to. We test things, compare notes, dig through old recipes, find interesting people doing interesting things, and occasionally make decisions that would concern a responsible adult.

Shirley’s Breadboard is our publication: stories, experiments, discoveries, useful finds, bread businesses, and whatever else has landed on the kitchen table that week.

And the Wild Yeast Rebels are the people around that table. This isn’t supposed to be Shirley talking at everybody. We want people baking, questioning, comparing, sharing, and occasionally proving Shirley wrong.
